Best performance

8th and youngest in the Route du Rhum - Destination Guadeloupe aboard the IMOCA DCNS

A professional skipper for over 15 years, Christopher has never dreamt of doing anything other than sailing. Racing at the highest level has always been his ambition. After studying sport and becoming runner-up in the dinghy world championship at just 18, he took part in some of the biggest races in the sailing world, including the Solitaire du Figaro, Transat Jacques Vabre, Transat AG2R, Tour de France à la voile, and the Route du Rhum.

He has established himself as a rising young talent, winning the Challenge espoir Crédit Agricole in 2005 and the Filières du Talent DCNS in 2008, before putting in a remarkable performance in the 2010 Route du Rhum, despite being the youngest in the IMOCA class. He was part of the Charal Sailing Team for almost four years, taking two 3rd places in the Transat Jacques Vabre.
