After an intense start to the season, the TF35 Trophy resumes this weekend in Maily with races expected to be even tighter. The two Sails of Change crews, already well-prepared after several spring events, return to Lake Geneva to open a new chapter of this 2025 season.
A Competition Closer Than Ever
At the top of the TF35 Trophy leaderboard after a strong start to the 2025 season, Yann Guichard (skipper of Sails of Change 8) is focusing on consistency and collective performance:
“The goal for this second part of the season is to defend our position in the overall standings and remain competitive at every stage. The start of the season has been positive, and our intention is to continue on this path. We will approach each Grand Prix one at a time, with the ambition to perform and maintain our lead in the championship.”
The New Generation in Action
Meanwhile, Duncan Späth (skipper of Sails of Change 10) and his crew aim to build on the experience gained to confirm their progress:
“Our objective is to capitalize on the progress made at the end of the first part of the season, put it into practice, and remain competitive. We want to stay close to the other teams, fight for every position, and finish the season strongly.”
Suspense Ahead
With the often unpredictable weather conditions on Lake Geneva, the show promises to be spectacular. The next TF35 Trophy races could reshuffle the cards and deliver a thrilling finale. Currently, Sails of Change 8 and 10 stand in 1st and 5th place in the overall rankings, with 5 and 14 points respectively. The second half of the season promises to be exciting !
